Frequently Asked Questions
What services do you offer?
I offer therapy for children, teens, individuals, and couples experiencing OCD and other anxiety disorders, using a personalized approach that combines Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
What are your session fees?
My session fees vary based on the type of therapy and duration. Please contact me for details.
Do you accept insurance?
I don’t work directly with insurance, but I can provide you with a superbill—a medical billing form you can submit for potential reimbursement. I recommend calling your insurance provider to confirm whether they cover out-of-network therapy services and accept superbills. If they do, I’ll be happy to generate one for you.
What are your office hours?
I am available Monday through Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule.
How can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by utilizing the contact page or emailing me directly at molly@ocdandanxietytherapy.com.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require a notice of 24 business hours for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
Are sessions in-person or telehealth?
At the moment, I am only offering telehealth. Research has shown that there is no significant difference between in-person and virtual therapy.
