Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors
I guide clients through Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) recovery using evidence-based approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we work to break the cycle of obsessions and compulsions, reduce anxiety, and create a life that feels calmer, freer, and more aligned with your values.
I support clients in understanding and managing body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) such as trichotillomania and dermatillomania through evidence-based behavioral therapies, like Habit Reversal Training and CBT. I help clients increase awareness of triggers, build new coping strategies, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves while reducing urges and improving daily functioning.

I work with clients experiencing generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, and other anxiety-related challenges. Through practical strategies and evidence-based therapies, I help clients reduce worry and tension, restore confidence, and foster a greater sense of calm and stability in daily life.
I support clients in healing their relationship with food, body, and self through evidence-based treatment for eating disorders. Using approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients challenge unhelpful thoughts, regulate emotions, and build sustainable coping skills that promote nourishment, balance, and self-acceptance.

For clients experiencing Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-informed practices. This approach helps process traumatic memories safely, reduce symptoms, and rebuild a sense of safety, trust, and emotional resilience.
I help individuals navigate anxiety disorders, such as OCD, life stressors, transitions, and relationship challenges. I also provide psychoeducation to help partners better understand OCD and how to support their loved one in recovery
I work with children and teens struggling with anxiety, OCD, or the challenges of growing up, offering a supportive space where they can build coping skills and resilience. I also guide parents with practical tools and strategies to better understand, support, and advocate for their child’s emotional well-being.
