OCD Recovery
Couples Counseling

I support couples in improving communication, resolving conflict, and deepening connection. Using an integrative approach, I help partners identify patterns, strengthen trust, and cultivate a more supportive, aligned, and resilient relationship.

I guide clients through Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) recovery using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we work to break the cycle of obsessions and compulsions, reduce anxiety, and create a life that feels calmer, freer, and more aligned with your values.

PTSD Recovery

For clients experiencing Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-informed practices. This approach helps process traumatic memories safely, reduce symptoms, and rebuild a sense of safety, trust, and emotional resilience.

I work with clients experiencing generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, and other anxiety-related challenges. Through practical strategies and evidence-based therapies, I help clients reduce worry and tension, restore confidence, and foster a greater sense of calm and stability in daily life.
